1. This Service refers to standard surface shipping and Includes the 48 continental USA States and excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

2. Each item selected must be listed as Free USA Shipping in the items description to qualify for this service. If you select this service on a non-eligable item you will be charged a shipping fee for the lowest cost freight service available.

Returns-

All returns require an RAN (Return Authorization Number) You must contact us by email or phone to obtain one. The RAN # must be written clearly on the outside of the returned package or it will not be accepted.

Parts may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase. They must in their original packaging, complete, never installed, damaged, and not modified in any way.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns, unless the return is the result of our error.
Refunds will be given in the same form as the original payment used at the time of purchase.

Sorry there are no Returns accepted on electrical parts.
