Specifications:
Our Full Rebuild Service Includes the following:
1st we will inspect your core and make sure it is in good rebuildable condition.
All Circlips old Bearings, Apex strips and oil seals are removed.
The internals are then cleaned and polished.
All 5 Bearings are then replaced with new oem and new oem oil seals are pressed.
The casing is then fitted with new oem apex strips sitting on retensioned wave density springs.
The internals are then lubed with oem Kluber grease
The casing is then coated with a hi-temp coating and reassembled with upgraded stainless steel hardware and fitted with an upgraded 12mm cog drive belt.
We then test run the charger for the break-in period equal to 250 miles.
We also include All new crush washers for oil feed and Return lines going to the charger along with a new O-RING for between the charger discharge and silencer box.
Service includes shipping back to the customer, customer pays for initial shipping to our facility.
